We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom apartment, perfect for unwinding after exploring Inverness-shire and hiking Ben Nevis. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the lounge area was great for movie nights. Don't miss the delightful breakfast they offer!

Our stay was enhanced by the friendly staff and lovely breakfast options, making mornings enjoyable with good coffee and a choice of hot dishes. The room was quite spacious but lacked modern touches, featuring worn furnishings that affected comfort. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to shops and a 40-minute drive to the stunning Glenfinnan Viaduct, which is not to be missed.

Recommend it for couples seeking solid luxury

First off, the room had this amazing view overlooking the loch, like a picture perfect scene. And dinner was a game changer, the chef really knew what he was doing with the meals, it was incredible.

We enjoyed our night in the Superior Double Room with a breathtaking loch view. The surroundings were beautiful, and we appreciated the cozy restaurant upstairs serving delicious meals. A tip, arrive early for the limited parking options to avoid struggles later.

The Lime Tree Hotel features beautiful artwork and cozy lounge areas that are easily accessible, making it a welcoming environment for seniors like myself. The rooms are clean and have splendid views of Loch Linnhe.

Better maintenance in rooms would enhance the experience.

You can't go wrong with the Lime Tree's prime location for post-hike nourishment! Check out the local favorites nearby, like Black Isle Bar and The Garrison Bistro. Plus, the comfy vibe of our Superior Double Room with Loch View made for a splendid start and finish to our NC500 adventure.

Unfortunately, our room smelled a bit musty, likely due to recent carpet cleaning. The staff were lovely, providing candles and helping us air it out, but it was a bit off-putting. Still, what a delightful stay overall!

The cozy lounge areas were perfect for curling up with a good book, blending charm and accessibility. It was delightful to unwind after exploring the stunning surroundings! The ambiance felt inviting and made me feel right at home.

Couple's Dream Destination

Had a room with a view of the Loch, just stunning and surreal. The staff surprised us with champagne for our anniversary, it really set the mood.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for the experience, it's acceptable.
